That’s why we’ve chosen to continue the flexible booking terms we first introduced during the pandemic – giving you the confidence to plan your dream trip without the worry.
Our Book with Peace of Mind policy offers extra flexibility, because we understand that sometimes life happens and plans need to change.
Added flexibility for our tour guests:
We know your travel plans might change, so we provide you with as much flexibility as possible. Your tour deposit fee, which covers the cost of us planning your Dream Ireland Vacation, has the below guarantees.
Anyone booking a tour can cancel up to 28 days before the tour start date and choose one of the following options:
- You may have your tour deposit payment transferred to a future booking, and any remaining amounts paid will be refunded to you. Please note that accommodation deposits cannot be returned as these are paid directly to our suppliers.
- You may opt for a gift voucher to the value of your tour deposit payment, which can then be transferred to another person. Any remaining amounts paid will be refunded to you. Please note that accommodation deposits cannot be returned as these are paid directly to our suppliers.
We are also happy to change all participant names on a booking, so that there is full flexibility regarding who can join the tour (please note maximum numbers apply as per the original booking, due to vehicle capacity).
The tour deposit payment which we retain for you must be used within two years of your cancellation date. The new booking must be for the same duration as, or longer than, the original booking.
